Product Overview

Hot Dip Galvanized Triangle Angle Bracket is a key foundation connection component designed for ground-mounted photovoltaic solar mounting systems. It is mainly used to connect solar support structures with concrete foundations, providing stable fixing and reliable load transfer for PV arrays.

 

The bracket is manufactured from Q235 carbon structural steel through integrated stamping and welding forming, creating a reinforced triangular structure with high strength and good mechanical stability. The optimized angle design helps distribute structural forces and improves resistance against wind loads during long-term outdoor operation.

 

The entire bracket adopts full hot-dip galvanizing treatment with a zinc coating thickness of 60–120μm.
