Xuzhou Kejulixen, a leader in intelligent hot-dip galvanizing technology, has announced the expanded production of its Two Wave W Beam Guardrail, a semi-rigid traffic safety barrier designed for demanding highway applications. This double-wave guardrail is engineered to meet international standards including GB/T 31439.1 and AASHTO M180, making it suitable for roads, bridges, ramps, and scenic areas.
The new product line utilizes premium Q235 and Q345 low-carbon steel, formed through automatic cold bending and rolling processes. This ensures a stable structure and high impact resistance. The guardrail plates measure 4320mm x 310mm x 85mm, with thickness options ranging from 2.5mm to 4mm, paired with column specifications of Φ114mm x 4.5mm or Φ140mm x 4.5mm.
“Our Two Wave Guardrail effectively absorbs collision energy and guides vehicles back to the correct direction, reducing accident losses," said a company spokesperson. With anti-collision levels ranging from Grade B to Grade A and a service life of 15–25 years, this barrier is a reliable solution for infrastructure developers worldwide.
