Russian Clients Visit Hot-Dip Galvanizing Production Line for Technical Exchange

Visit Overview

Recently, our long-term Russian partner team visited our manufacturing base. They conducted an on-site tour of the full automatic hot-dip galvanizing production line, finished goods warehouse and auxiliary processing workshops. Both sides held in-depth technical discussions focusing on galvanizing technology, equipment configuration and anti-corrosion processing requirements for auto parts to exchange industrial experience and technical know-how.

Key Technical Exchange Highlights

The Russian client specializes in hot-dip galvanizing for automotive supporting components and operates production lines equipped with 7-meter zinc pots, boasting mature practical experience in mass galvanizing of automotive chassis and structural parts. During the communication, their technical managers shared practical process solutions including temperature control for long-size zinc pots, workpiece hanging layout, zinc ash & dross management, and uniform coating control on auto parts.Our technical team introduced the complete galvanizing process for large-size guardrails, solar C purlins and steel structures, standardized control of zinc coating thickness and operating parameters of automatic centrifugal separation equipment, and elaborated anti-corrosion solutions suitable for humid, riverside and salt-fog outdoor working environments.

Exchange Achievements

Both parties exchanged practical solutions covering applicable workpiece ranges of long zinc pots, energy consumption optimization, prevention of surface quality defects and supporting services for cross-border orders. After this on-site inspection, the two sides reached an agreement on continuous technical communication in the future. We will jointly promote two-way trade cooperation of galvanized auto parts and road safety steel components, and explore more cooperation opportunities in the Sino-Russian steel structure anti-corrosion processing industry based on respective advantages of production equipment.
